New to LJ
Hello to no one in particular. I keep playing around with having a regular blog somewhere, having opened one with blogger a while back (does wonders for your google results) and posting a few things on myspace recently. Back in the day I enjoyed writing through my computer, and for a long while I got burned out having to sit in front of the machine and twiddle my fingers for production. I wouldn't do anything fun because I felt a need to prioritize a work schedule that was not granting me enough attention to personal care. It grew into a cycle, where I wasn't working very well, and constantly being behind so as to not do fun non-work with my computer.
Things have changed since then and now I find myself doing a lot of the things I would do back when I was really having fun exploring what I could do with my ideas on computers. I freshened my music archive, started playing WoW, cut the annoyances off my winxp, and *finally* started getting serious with my text editor to complete some hideously overdue projects. All this is happening at a time when I'm truly discovering how necessary my friends are to making the world a place I want to spend time in. I just moved into a new house where we're all naturally positive and supporting about anything. The living is easy, and there's plenty of space for everyone.
I'll be using "the blogosphere" to help curb my enthusiasm for all the ideas I like to get carried away with. Writing about something should help me better articulate my thoughts if later I need to share them, and will give me the excuse to say "read it on my blog" when I don't want to talk. I'm eager to center this around livejournal, but I'm already thinking about propagating my posts to various other places to enhance my internet exposure ftw. Also, I don't think I have any good pictures of me, so I gotta go with that drawing of trogdor for now.
As for my personal life lately... I bought guitar hero 2 the other day. What happened afterward is a little blurry, but I opened the box and then found myself 2 days later recovering from a crazy time of affording my rock n' roll lifestyle outside the house. Most of my body is sore, and I have scandalous pictures on my camera. Perhaps the game would do well to provide a warning of some kind.
